Dr. Anastasiya Dovzhenko was born and raised in Eastern Ukraine. She graduated from Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy in 2006 with a degree in Dentistry. Having developed a passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery, she completed her Oral Surgery Residency and worked for eight years at a Local Trauma level 1 Hospital. In addition, she worked as a general dentist in a private clinic, becoming the first oral surgeon in her city to place implants.

Having developeDr. Anastasiya moved to the US in 2015 and received her second dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2021. She is fully immersed in new continuing education opportunities to utilize cutting-edge dentistry. She is excited to bring her excellence in dentistry to Washington and use her passion for dentistry to help patients.

Building authentic, long-term relationships with members of his community is exceedingly important to Dr. Chang. He wants his patients to know that they are in experienced hands. As an honest and trustworthy dentist, he wants only the best for his patients, and he hopes to help them enjoy a lifetime of excellent oral health.

Dr. Chang is truly concerned about helping the world’s underserved populations, and he makes every effort to travel abroad as often as possible to provide clinical care in areas where it’s needed the most.
